2013 Guernsey County GOP Scholarship Award Winner

The Guernsey County Republican Club and the Guernsey County GOP Scholarship Committee is pleased to present Rachel Jirles, a Meadowbrook High School Senior Class of 2013, the winner of the 2013 Guernsey County GOP Scholarship Award.

Rachel Jirles is a Meadowbrook High School Senior Class of 2013. She will be a college freshman at Ohio State University in the fall.
