The First Amendment right, freedom of the press, is under attack at least for conservative media. Perhaps jail time is the consequence for exercising constitutional rights. Janna Winter, a Fox News investigative reporter, could be facing a jail sentence for exercising her constitutional right, refusing to reveal her confidential news sources.
