Our keynote speaker for the annual Lincoln Day Dinner was “Jon Husted, Secretary of State”. This year’s event was held on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, at the Guernsey County Senior Center. Social hour began at 5:30 with dinner served after introductions at 6:30.
