Annual Lincoln Day Dinner

On Feb 28, 2019 our annual Lincoln Day Dinner was one for the books! As one of the most highly attended dinners in recent years, we had the pleasure of listening to our keynote speaker, Ohio Supreme Court Justice Sharon Kennedy. Justice Kennedy spoke of the importance of maintaining the three coequal branches of government, electing constitutionalist judges and maintaining the rights provided within our Federal and State Constitutions.  Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose was in attendance. He discussed the importance of free and fair elections and the work being completed at the state level. Our new State Representative Adam Holmes replacing State Senator Brian Hill was present to meet his new constituency. Representatives from Governor Mike DeWine, Ohio Auditor Keith Faber and Congressmen Bill Johnson offices attended. There was a silent auction with money raised to support the club scholarship fund for local high school students entering higher education.
